Die Wohnung ist 52 qm groß und liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße, direkt im Stadtzentrum Berlins - in Charlottenburg - in der 3. Etage.
The flat is a (52 square metre) studio (on the third floor) in the centre of Berlin: Quiet and cosy.
Bis zum Hbf sind es nur 15 min. Bis zum Alexanderplatz 20 min. Zum Potsdamer Platz 25 min.
15 min to Berlin’s main train station (Hauptbahnhof). 20 min to Alexanderplatz. 25 min to Potsdamer Platz.
Die Wohnung ist vollständig eingerichtet: Von Besteck und Bettwäsche bis hin zu Handtüchern und Fernseher.
The studio is fully furnished: From kitchen cutlery and fresh bed-linen to bath towels and TV.
Es gibt auch einen zur Wohnung gehörenden Autostellplatz auf dem Privathof direkt vor der Haustür.

Die Wohnung besteht aus vier Räumen: Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer, Küche, Bad - und ein kleiner Balkon auf dem man ideal zu zweit sitzen kann, um die Abendsonne über den Dächern Berlins zu genießen.
